Measurement Principles

  • Dynamic BET method: Uses mass flow controllers (MFCs) to precisely control nitrogen partial pressure for flow-based gas adsorption measurements.
  • Reduced errors from insufficient desorption: Calculates results using the adsorption peak rather than relying on the desorption process, improving measurement accuracy.
