Company History
Since its establishment in 2014, the company has continuously focused on semiconductor process monitoring, nano-scale grinding and dispersion technologies, real-time volatile organic compound (VOC) detection, and toxic gas safety monitoring. Through technology introduction and localized services, our applications have gradually expanded into key areas including research and development, manufacturing, and environment, health, and safety (EHS).
Growth Milestones
2014
- The company was founded by six long-term partners.
- Established in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, with a branch office set up in Shanhua District, Tainan City in the same year.
- By the end of the year, the number of employees reached 13.
- Main product lines introduced and represented in the founding year (in order of authorization):
- Particle Sizing Systems (now part of Entegris)
- Global Measurement Inc. (also later merged into Entegris)
- NGK Insulators (thermal process-related products)
- Hiroshima Metal & Machinery (grinding and dispersion equipment for chemical applications)
- Precisive (now part of MKS Instruments)
- Thermo Fisher Scientific (process gas monitoring products)
- Ionicon Analytik (real-time mass spectrometry gas analysis)
2015
- The workforce grew to 17 employees, with continued expansion of business operations.
- Signed a technology transfer and development agreement with the Green Energy and Environment Research Laboratories of ITRI, introducing semiconductor exhaust gas and waste treatment as well as catalyst-related technologies, officially entering the field of material-oriented R&D.
- Annual revenue exceeded NTD 100 million.
- Main product line expansion: Linseis thermal analysis and physical property measurement products.
2017
- Annual revenue surpassed NTD 200 million, laying a solid foundation for steady growth in subsequent years.
2019
- Main product line expansion: EmCrafts electron microscopy-related products, extending the portfolio from European, American, and Japanese brands to include Korean manufacturers.
2021
- Main product line expansion: LFE-related flow and gas measurement products, strengthening process monitoring and system integration capabilities.
2023
- Main product line expansion: Scigentec particle inspection and rapid foreign material analysis products, further enhancing applications in material inspection and quality control.
2024
- In response to business expansion and team growth, the office was relocated to the current site to optimize workspace and technical service facilities.
- A thermal analysis laboratory was established, along with the installation of SEM, BET, density measurement, particle size analysis, and rapid foreign material analysis equipment, providing integrated measurement and validation services from material property evaluation to contamination identification.
2025
- The company continues to expand steadily, adjusting its product portfolio and technical service scope in response to industry demands.
We will continue to focus on precision measurement, process safety monitoring, and localized technical integration to support the long-term needs of the semiconductor, advanced materials, and high-tech manufacturing industries. Ongoing investments will be made in service quality, system integration capabilities, and R&D strength, growing together with our customers.
