Application Scope
- Surface area and pore size analysis for meso- to microporous materials
- Supports BET (single-point/multi-point) and pore size distribution (BJH, HK, SF, NLDFT, etc.)
- Supported gases: N₂, Ar, Kr, H₂, O₂, CO₂, CO, NH₃, CH₄, and other non-corrosive gases
- Suitable for both industrial high-volume testing and scientific research, especially for macroporous materials such as precipitated silica and alumina
Measurement Principles
- Static volumetric gas adsorption method: Multiple analysis ports share the same Dewar and gas supply to improve consistency and reduce sample-to-sample variation.
- Adsorption/desorption isotherm measurement: Pore size and specific surface area are analyzed based on isothermal adsorption and desorption curves.
