This system is suitable for grinding and dispersion of a wide range of materials. It combines adjustable rotational speeds (approximately 2 m/s to 12 m/s) with a broad selection of zirconia bead sizes (approximately Ø0.015 mm to 0.5 mm), enabling both particle size reduction and stable dispersion to meet R&D and small-batch testing requirements.

With multiple grinding chamber volume options and a high zirconia bead filling design, users can optimize formulations and perform simulation tests using minimal material quantities, then rapidly transfer validated parameters to scale-up and production processes. The compact footprint, user-friendly operation, and fast cleaning procedures make this system ideal for laboratories conducting multi-formulation, small-quantity experiments.
