Ultra-Fine Pore Ceramic Dynamic Concentration / Filtration / Washing System
This system utilizes ultra-fine pore ceramic filter discs with pore size options covering 2 µm, 0.5 µm, 0.2 µm, 60 nm, 30 nm, and 7 nm, meeting a wide range of process requirements including powder concentration, solid–liquid separation, precision filtration, and material washing.
The system performs dynamic concentration, filtration, and washing under high-flow operation and supports continuous production, making it suitable for high-throughput, high-efficiency, and long-duration processing conditions. The vertical, fully enclosed design enhances operational safety and reduces the risk of external contamination. In addition, the stable flow-rate design effectively lowers power consumption and overall production costs.
