The Bartec online moisture analyzer significantly overcomes the limitations of traditional Karl Fischer moisture analyzers that require manual sampling, enabling fully automated, continuous, and real-time moisture monitoring. The system supports both liquid and gas samples, eliminating measurement errors caused by incomplete liquid-to-gas conversion. One main unit can be connected to up to three sensors, allowing upstream/downstream process comparison or simultaneous liquid and gas phase monitoring.
