Ultra Apex Mill (UAM)|Wet Nano Grinding & Dispersion System

Ultra Apex Mill (UAM) adopts a centrifugal-force-driven separation mechanism that operates without filter screens, enabling highly efficient wet grinding and dispersion using ultra-fine zirconia beads ranging from Φ0.015 mm to 0.5 mm. The system supports continuous operation and effectively prevents lattice damage and secondary agglomeration during nano-material processing, making it particularly suitable for high-performance material development and mass production.

By utilizing centrifugal separation, UAM completely eliminates clogging caused by zirconia beads or coarse particles, ensuring stable pressure and temperature throughout operation. This design enhances process reliability and maintains material quality. The grinding chamber is made of high-purity ZTA material to further prevent product contamination. UAM is available in multiple models, ranging from 0.15 L (laboratory scale) to 30 L (production scale), totaling six configurations. In addition, the rotating shaft can be replaced with a Whole Length Sepa (WAM) separation disc to enhance dispersion efficiency and increase throughput capacity.
