Vertical Zirconia Bead Pulverizing System|Wet Powder Grinding & Pulverizing Machine
This system features a vertical configuration that utilizes high-speed zirconia bead impact energy to pulverize micron-scale powders. A proprietary Variable-Slit Cone separation technology is employed to effectively separate zirconia beads from the powder slurry. In addition, the system is equipped with a jacketed cooling structure to significantly reduce grinding temperature, preventing material degradation caused by thermal effects. It is particularly suitable for stable pulverization of precision materials, functional powders, and high-viscosity slurries.
The vertical design supports continuous pulverizing production and ensures long-term stable operation.
